  Rom-com and light romance, contemporary fiction, historical fiction, cozy mysteries, and fantasy. In non-fiction, she excels in popular science, technology, medical self-help, animal behavior and memoirs. And anything that has to do with the brain. Because she also holds a PhD in neuroscience.

Above all, her love of her dogs colors her life, and produces mounds of fur that fly from the windows of her car when she speeds down the road to the next author event!
